Virtual Assistant Accelerator Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining the Virtual Assistant Accelerator Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates receive a 20% commission per successful referral. Payments are issued monthly for all approved sales made in the previous calendar month.

2. Use of Affiliate Links

You may promote your affiliate link on your website, social media, email, or in conversation—so long as your promotions are ethical, transparent, and accurate. Spamming or misrepresentation will result in removal from the program.

3. Branding & Content

You may use the provided graphics and swipe files found in your Affiliate Dashboard. Please do not create branded materials or make alterations without written approval.

4. Cookie Policy

The cookie duration for your affiliate link is 180 days. This means if someone clicks your link and purchases within that window, you’ll receive credit for the sale.

5. Payments

All commissions are paid monthly for the prior month's sales, with payments issued on the 15th of each month. This follows a Net-15 schedule, meaning: all sales made during a given calendar month will be paid out on the 15th of the following month.

Example Payout Schedule:

January 1–31 Sales → Paid February 15
February 1–28 Sales → Paid March 15
March 1–31 Sales → Paid
April 15April 1–30 Sales → Paid May 15

Payments are issued via PayPal or bank transfer. Affiliates must set up their payout method inside the affiliate dashboard. You are also responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes on income earned. You are also responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes on income earned.

6. Account Termination

J Marvin Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts at any time for violation of these terms, unethical behavior, or misuse of program assets.

7. FTC Disclosure Compliance

You must disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting, as required by the FTC. Example: “As an affiliate, I may earn a small commission if you purchase through this link.”

By participating in the VA Accelerator Affiliate Program, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms.
